Franchir now joins a growing movement of organizations in Qu\u00e9bec and around the world that are committed to doing business differently, with a genuine focus on their social, economic, and environmental impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2022 by Mireille Azema and Anne-Marie Caron, Franchir embraced the core principles of the B Corp movement from day one, with the strong intention of earning certification by its second anniversary. After a rigorous evaluation and auditing process launched in September with B Lab (the organization behind the B Corp certification), Franchir successfully demonstrated a concrete, impact-driven business model \u2014 one that supports purpose-driven clients, offers exceptional working conditions, and upholds sound governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Obtaining this certification has been a goal Mireille and I have cherished since 2022,&#8221;<\/em> says Anne-Marie Caron, President of Franchir. <em>&#8220;From the beginning, we set out to create a different kind of agency. Founded in the aftermath of the pandemic, Franchir had the space to build something new \u2014 shaped by the lessons of 2020\u20132021 and the deep professional maturity they brought.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Franchir, becoming B Corp certified is a meaningful recognition that the agency\u2019s management and governance decisions since its founding have made a real impact \u2014 both on society and on the day-to-day work life of its team members. That said, Franchir isn\u2019t resting on its laurels.
