This unique spa, featuring arches inspired by Oriental culture, offers a complete thermotherapy and massage therapy experience, including a spa pool, traditional hammam, dry sauna, cold bath, showers, and a relaxation area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To effectively launch this new venue, Spa Carr\u00e9 Saint-Louis entrusted the FRANCHIR agency to develop a comprehensive digital strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div reviews<\/strong> on Google My Business, resulting in an average rating of <strong>4.6\/5<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Newsletter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Average Click Rate:<\/strong> <strong>6.6%<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Average Open Rate:<\/strong> <strong>57.62%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>These results are outstanding compared to industry averages on Mailchimp, where the average open rate is <strong>34.2%<\/strong> and the average click rate is <strong>2.66%<\/strong>, across all industries.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Highlights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In just nine months of community management and content planning on social media, we created and published a total of <strong>146 Instagram posts<\/strong>, including <strong>26 original Reels<\/strong> and <strong>35 influencer collaborations<\/strong>. Thanks to sustained efforts, we have already grown the Spa Carr\u00e9 Saint-Louis Instagram account to nearly <strong>9,000 followers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We established a strong online presence for Spa Carr\u00e9 Saint-Louis across social media and the web, generating over <strong>5,275,476 impressions<\/strong>. This success stems from an effective content strategy on Instagram and Facebook, numerous influencer partnerships, and targeted advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The result?<\/strong> An engaged community and a significant increase in brand awareness and foot traffic at Spa Carr\u00e9 Saint-Louis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Importance of Influence in a Content Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The value of a well-executed content strategy that incorporates influencer marketing cannot be overstated. Of the <strong>2,530,077 impressions<\/strong> generated through influencer partnerships, every single one came exclusively from Instagram Reels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This approach greatly boosted the spa\u2019s visibility and brand recognition on the platform.
