Context
As exams season approached, Alloprof launched the second edition of the Grandes révisions in May 2026, a series of free events designed to help high school students prepare for Quebec’s provincial exams.
Following a successful first edition in 2025, which focused on French exams and attracted nearly 20,000 students, the 2026 edition expanded to cover four key subjects: mathematics, French, history and science.
To support Alloprof’s goal of reaching more than 75,000 students through live review sessions and replays on YouTube and TikTok, Franchir developed a public relations strategy combining media relations and influencer outreach to maximize visibility among target audiences.
Objectives
Support Alloprof in achieving its goal of reaching 75,000 students through Grandes révisions by leveraging strategic communications and public relations.
Position Alloprof as an essential partner in academic success and help students succeed in their provincial exams.
Showcase Alloprof’s educational expertise, the relevance of its resources and its ability to respond innovatively to students’ needs during a crucial period of the school year.
Strategy and Execution
To help Grandes révisions reach as many students as possible, Franchir orchestrated a campaign combining broad media and public outreach with targeted initiatives involving digital personalities popular among young audiences.
Public Relations
A press release was distributed in late April to announce Grandes révisions, highlighting two key developments:
- Expansion of Grandes révisions: The initiative, previously focused exclusively on French, was expanded to cover four core high school subjects: French, mathematics, history and science.
- Parent-focused event: A dedicated webinar was held on May 12, 2026, to help elementary school parents support their children in preparing for French exams.
The campaign also leveraged a spokesperson well known and appreciated by young audiences, supported by a targeted media tour to increase awareness of Grandes révisions.
- Emy Lalune, a content creator and former teacher, was brought on board as a co-host for the review sessions and spokesperson for a targeted media tour on May 4, 2026, focusing on lifestyle, youth-oriented and radio outlets.
- Pascal Bonaldo and Rosianne Arseneau, also acting as spokespersons, participated in interviews with news and education-focused media, including La Presse, Radio-Canada, 98.5 FM and Noovo Info.

Influencer Outreach
Fifteen digital personalities with strong influence among young audiences were selected to receive personalized packages designed as exam kits, featuring quiz questions based on topics covered in Quebec’s provincial exams.
The initiative encouraged influencers to put their knowledge to the test alongside their parents, friends and family, reinforcing the campaign’s central message: “Practice makes perfect.”
The goal was to encourage young audiences to take part in the review sessions on TikTok and YouTube.
