On September 1, 2026, the very first Héma-Québec Foundation golf tournament took place at Golf Saint-Raphaël on Île-Bizard. It was an opportunity for the 144 participants who came to test their skills on the course to take a swing, and make a donation, for a great cause.
From event preparation to on-site execution, Franchir coordinated the various stages to ensure a seamless experience for everyone on the course. The event also had clear objectives: to bring the community together around the Foundation’s mission and help fund its education initiatives and efforts to recruit donors of biological products.
This first edition created a welcoming and meaningful gathering while laying the foundation for an event that is set to grow over the years.
Beyond the tournament itself, Franchir was also responsible for ensuring the end-of-day networking cocktail was a success and that everyone could enjoy the evening.
And because we also like to roll up our sleeves and contribute directly, Franchir donated its $2,500 winnings from the 50/50 draw back to the Foundation.
