This phase of the project consists in drawing up a clear picture of the brand as well as its tools, environment and stakeholders.

Establish

Once the groundwork has been laid through the preparatory phase, the reflection stage can begin. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Define or refine the target audience(s), build personas and design the customer journey from a communication lens;
  • Establish the communication axis, the editorial line and the content pillars;
  • Craft key messages;
  • Identify potential creative pathways and ideate content packages;
  • Set a timeline for completion.
